2025 Season Review - MSV GB4

For the 2025 GB4 season, it would be a busy mix of testing and racing for the Idola crew. In collaboration with Arden Motorsport and YRDA, Idola headed up a program of exclusive test days at Anglesey race circuit, putting new drivers through their own coaching and performance program ready for their first season of racing in 2026. For some drivers it was their first time ever in a car! Some were fresh from karting, others who were less experienced. Through a mix of face to face coaching, telemetry feedback and video reviews, the team were able to put these new drivers through their paces and ready for their first steps onto the race grid.

As they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, and Idola were extremely proud of the work they did with Karting Champ Kit Belofsky, who after a series of Idola test days achieved the unthinkable and won his first ever car race in the Saudi GB4 event in October.

In between trips to Anglesey, Idola also had a presence in the Arden awning at all the UK GB4 events, offering support to drivers Leon Wilson, Ava Dobson and Dudley Ruddock. With a unique approach to driver management and coaching, these trio achieved fantastic results this year, and Idola were also able to enable Leon to race the VR Motorsport Praga R1T at Silverstone GP circuit. To say that Leon enjoyed the experience is a massive understatement, and after qualifying 2nd out of a 20 car grid, achieved a 2nd and 4th position race finishes.

With exciting plans being forged already, Idola are ready to launch a massive GB4 campaign in 2026 - stay tuned!!!
